The Raytheon Digital team is seeking a Data Integration & Reporting Specialist to join our IT Asset Management team. Duties for this Data Integration & Reporting Specialist role include, but are not limited to, developing a common database to record, track, and report program assets. Ensure data from the required sources are periodically acquired, normalized, and loaded into the database. Ensure updates are occurring as required and perform periodic data integrity checks. This role will be responsible for providing standard reporting and respond to data queries on demand.
What You Will Do
Oversee the full implementation of asset tagging procedures.
Maintain the tracking of capital equipment in the Property Management system.
Conduct quarterly inventories with the team to ensure accurate asset updates.
Support and maintain customer service relationships with different teams as we support their hardware management needs.
Manage and improve existing reporting systems.
Conduct data mining and analysis exercises, maintaining database, create analytic reports, build program monitoring dashboards, and contributed to ongoing data analysis efforts.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
Experience in asset management, inventory management, data quality and reporting
Data management skills including constructing datasets for specific analyses and cleaning, aggregating and matching large data sets.
Experience in Database development
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Experience with IT asset lifecycle management
Experience with Agile software, JIRA
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
Experience with Microsoft Power BI
Experience creating and maintain data models
Experience providing customer service
