Summary:
In the role, you will work collaboratively with other Data and Digital, Commercial Operations, and key stakeholders to successfully measure segment and business unit quota performance, segment and business unit renewals, and Data and Digital product penetration rates.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert support during sales and renewal processes, including product demonstrations via in person and virtual customer-facing interactions to support sales and account management team members.
• Leverage product expertise, client feedback and market intelligence to inform client-facing materials and talking points in conjunction with Product Marketing and Product Strategy for their segment.
• Distill voice of customer information from field teams.
• Exhibit a detailed understanding of the ability to communicate product enhancements and the overall product roadmap within their Segment and across Data and Digital.
Qualifications:
• Relevant degree preferred, advanced degree a plus
• 10 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Proficiency of healthcare digital, data and technology products required
• Strong knowledge of the health care industry preferred.
• Strong technical acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge of complex healthcare data products to client-specific needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $156,500.00 to $273,700.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
