What is it all about?
This role will be the Administrative Assistant supporting members of the Visa Money Movement team. You will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the respective departments.
What we expect of you, day to day.
- Provide support to executive assistant in assigned requests, tasks, projects.
- Manage end to end the administrative and logistical affairs of your assigned executives and their direct reports.
- Provide support in established as well as ad hoc tasks – diary management, meeting coordination and preparation, travel booking, filing expenses, office supplies inventory, escorting visitors, etc.
- Build a close working relationship with the other members of the Leadership Team in short order to effectively manage all affairs, including matters that require exercising discretion and confidentiality
- Stay ahead of the executive and anticipate their needs, taking responsibility for filtering, prioritizing and escalating issues as appropriate and recommending solutions to issues
- Liaise and interact with other PAs & EAs and staff, building rapport and collaborative relationships
- Maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of seniority across a number of different business areas and geographies globally and San Francisco, being based in Miami
- Act in a manner that promotes the professional image of Visa, internally and externally

Qualifications
• Proactive, well-organized, and collaborative individual with a professional aspiration to be the administrative engine of a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with a big flow of information
• Track record of success in either a similar administrative role or other role with relatable skills
• Writing ability in English prose to a high standard across mediums and formats (e.g., invitations, formal emails, meeting minutes)
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills in pursuing and completing, to full resolution and satisfaction, multiple and overlapping tasks. Desire to exceed the expectations and bring the best result possible
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Educated to at least advanced secondary school level or equivalent.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Must have a High School diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience
- 3-5 years of high-level administrative experience, with experience providing
- executive support
Preferred Qualifications
- *Fluency in Russian or Ukranian very strongly preferred*

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 62,000.00 to 87,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
