Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Sr Digital Acquisition Strategist who wants to be a part of our fast-paced, groundbreaking Digital Acquisitions Strategy and Operations team (DASO). We are seeking an individual who has a proven track record for managing complex operations while building exceptional relationships. This person will act as part of the client-facing arm of DASO, advocating for internal client needs and keeping them up to date with actionable insights about campaign performance. They will help define strategy for digital acquisitions and drive cross-team execution of successful digital campaigns on behalf of their stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing and running operationally complex programs. They have a proven track record of meeting campaign goals and achieving excellent client satisfaction. They have expertise or familiarity in at least two or more areas within the digital advertising landscape (primarily display programmatic, paid social ads, SEM, content syndication, analytics, and attribution)
What you get to do in this role:
- Work with the field marketing teams to understand the business objective, assess, and evaluate the brief.
- Translate business goals into a digital acquisition strategy, providing media plans and playbooks around optimal targeting and ad units.
- Bring alive the laid-out plan through end-to-end integrated campaign.
- Evaluate opportunities for upsell to customers.
- Execute integrated digital programs in collaboration with the regional digital teams.
- Support 1:1 ABM / Industry /Country specific launches/ C-Suite and Executive programs.
- Activate in-country programs to help drive registration to events, webinars in market.
- Co-own the relationship and outcomes with the regional sales developments to drive digital leads to fruition.
- Work with external partners such as ad technology companies, media publishers and ad agencies to ensure successful go lives.
- Own process of obtaining of all creative and tracking assets needed to launch campaign.
- Work with internal stakeholders and Ad Ops on campaign optimizations.
- Develop and deliver regular health reports/check-ins, monthly summaries and QBRs for stakeholders.
- Partner with finance for PR/PO and Invoicing reconciliation
- Ensure timely execution and linearity of spends.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- 7 to 10 years of digital marketing / account management experience.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B experience. B2C + B2B Experience is a plus.
- Experience running large scale programs and complex client or stakeholder relationships.
- Expertise in the digital advertising landscape and related technologies
- Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager, DV360, SA360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics, Tableau or similar ad tech and BI tools is a plus.
- Expertise with the execution of digital advertising campaigns.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, relationship builder.
- Strong experience developing operational workflows
- Comfort with business analytics and producing data-driven insights and reporting.
