Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our cloud supply chain team. You will use data to drive insights, improve operations, and enhance performance across procurement, inventory management, capacity planning, and vendor performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze data from SAP, external VAR portals, and cloud platforms to uncover trends and opportunities. Build dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance, including delivery, lead times, quality, and inventory.
Automation & Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement automation opportunities in data analysis and reporting. Lead automation projects with internal teams and external partners, ensuring process improvement and better decision-making.
Forecasting & Capacity Planning:
- Use historical data to forecast cloud infrastructure needs and collaborate with operations, finance, and engineering to align with business goals.
Supplier & Vendor Management:
- Track supplier performance metrics (e.g., delivery, spend, reliability) and support data-driven vendor management strategies.
Financial & Budgeting Support:
- Own financial reporting for the cloud supply chain, including cost analysis and budget alignment with organizational goals.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify risks (e.g., supply shortages, bottlenecks) and assist in developing risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, ideally with cloud infrastructure focus.
- Proficiency in data tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in process automation.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based supply chain tools and platforms in medium to large organizations.
- Familiarity with cloud procurement processes and vendor management.
- Project management experience in driving automation and efficiency improvements.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $106,900 - $187,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
