Summary:
In this role, you will provide general oversight and project ownership for data management and maintenance of the Nurse Residency Program (NRP). You will help define, drive, and implement enterprise technology strategy for NRP product and support the analytical needs of the product.
Responsibilities:
Define, design and implement enterprise solutions related to reporting, analytics, data modeling and data integration.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, business team and other analysts to design and rollout member-facing reports or dashboards, internal operational metrics, and other required reports as needed.
Oversee and monitor the data health and validation of incoming survey or other product data intake.
Create user report development in Tableau or BI tools to showcase and inform on survey response data from providers and related provider community.
Lead communication across various lines of businesses and technology partners to monitor, collect, review and roadmap business requirements and related technology solutions.
Work closely with the project directors/owners/BRMs/BAs/IT/Development team to ensure that detailed business and technical requirements are defined for all aspects of data collection and processing, including data specifications, data dictionaries, processing tools and data health validations, edits and data quality reports.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree desired.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Experience in data analysis and reporting with advanced proficiency in MS Excel required.
Knowledge of relational database and query concepts using MS Access and Microsoft SQL Server required.
Experience working with health care data preferred.
Proficient in leveraging Power BI for advanced data visualization and analytics, coupled with strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation and automation processes is preferred.
Project management experience desired.
Strong work ethic with the ability to complete tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences, enhancing decision-making processes.
Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $109,700.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
