- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with people management in a technical environment.
- Experience in Autoscaling services.

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, foster in a collaborative and inclusive environment. Guide engineers through the full software development lifecycle. Prioritize professional growth for team members, providing opportunities for learning and career advancement.
- Drive team planning processes to align with stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project execution. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to meet business objectives. Collaborate with other teams across the organization to deliver joint projects efficiently.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
- Build relationships with internal customers to understand their requirements, address their concerns, and anticipate future needs. Work with customers to debug problems and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business priorities and develop strategies to support organisational objectives. Communicate effectively with leadership to ensure alignment on goals.
