Job Details
- Commercial understanding of Citi’s businesses, and the importance of financial resources
- Highly quantitative, data analysis skills, able to manage large and sometimes unstructured data sets
- Some knowledge or exposure to one (or more) of: Liquidity Management, Asset-Liability Management, Capital Management, or broader Financial Resources Management or Treasury
- Ability to understand complex ideas, unfazed by ambiguity, biased towards structure, attention to detail
- Organized, self-motivated, curious and able to work on multiple projects with global teams in parallel
- Able to communicate complex and technical concepts to different levels of seniority and backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal skills, in person and over video, able to build strong working relationships
- Highly collaborative and able to partner with other teams to navigate roadblocks and resolve conflicts
- Bachelor’s degree and qualifications in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics), Finance, Economics, Business, or another related field
