The DRO Learning and Development Specialist will be part of a global team focused on creating, maintaining, and delivering training and procedures for the wider for Citi’s Data & Regulatory Operations (DRO) organization including process change, policy, and Series 99 functions for the Entity Data Management, Accounts Control, Securities and Pricing, Client Onboarding teams.
The Data Procedure & Training Portfolio Management team within the Data & Regulatory Operations (DRO) organization consolidates, develops, expands, and formalizes both procedures and training in line with Citi standards and policies. The role will be responsible to create and support centralized and standardized Global Training Framework, which is scalable and auditable, to ensure all regulatory and process change requests are supported with corresponding learning activity, follow comprehensive training impact assessment to identify most suitable method of training delivery and undergo analysis and multi-tiered approval mechanism. Additionally, the Learning and Development Specialist will assist with ensuring that Global Training Framework and training portfolios are maintained over time as processes, procedures, and technologies change.
This role will report to the Procedure Development Senior Manager within the DRO Data Governance team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain various types of training outputs, from instructor-led materials to web-based trainings to provide exceptional training offering required for managers, checkers, and other specialised roles.
- Assist with training assessments and identify training needs for complex policy and non-regulatory changes.
- Work with business partners and stakeholders for various changes to design training curricula and materials, selecting the most effective training methodology to meet the desired objectives.
- Support delivery on Book of Work projects through training design and implementation.
- Ensure that staff is equipped with the requisite process knowledge to perform to operational management standards.
- Ensure all learning events are tracked via GLMS and generate meaningful and user-friendly MIS.

Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in training design and development is a must.
- 2 to 3 years Operations/ back-office experience in Banking industry is desirable.
- Excellent one-on-one and group presentation/facilitation skills.
- Strong communication, teamwork, attention detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environment.
- Flexible with global working hours, on need basis.
