The Manager Control Assessment (MCA) Training and Communications Lead will be a critical member of the MCA Insights and Governance Team in the Central Controls MCA Team. The Central Controls MCA team owns the enterprise-wide framework and execution of the MCA program. The Business Risk and Control Sr Officer I (replace with correct role) is a strategic professional whose primary focus is on ensuring that the MCA methodologies/requirements are well understood by the firm. Excellent communication skills are required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the rollout of the Training and Communication program within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal subject matter MCA experts to build learning solutions that meet targeted outcomes.
  • Coordinate / project manage the timely creation and delivery of training content modules to the Central Controls Training team.  Including documenting project plans, minutes, agenda items for training module rollout.
  • Working with the Central Controls Training team, play a key team role in the rollout / delivery of each training module and related communications.
  • Administrative support for Training Squad compiled of multiple Business / Function Training Leads, communicating progress and seeking their engagement.
  • Act as single point of contact to handle all training queries from FLUs including audience list change management/reporting.
  • Write communications to senior and broad audiences directing them on actions to take and their role in relation to the MCA program where applicable.
  • Build, maintain and manage document depositories.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Risk and Control.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives or roll out Training programs.
  • Document depository management experience preferred
  • Strong data analysis/ governance skills leveraging Microsoft tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Self-starting with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, listen and work well with others. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills and experience
  • Well organized, detail oriented and able to be organized and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capability.

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
