The HR WITA Talent Acquisition Operations is an entry-level position responsible for providing operations support service to execute and monitor for completion of the hiring process
Responsibilities:
- Support multiple geographically dispersed candidates, recruiters, recruiting managers, hiring managers HR and Risk Control Partners ((to include Senior Level, SVPs, Directors and Managing Directors)) with varying degrees of requests related to the hiring cycle
- Ensures a high volume of HR WITA Talent Acquisition Operations requests are submitted accurately, timely and with all necessary documentation to the appropriate partners/vendors
- Serve as HR WITA Talent Acquisition Operations Subject Matter Expert while managing the complexity of the many regulations and policies dictated by geography, Citi businesses and or job profile
- Monitor results to resolve and determine appropriate final dispositions in accordance with established guidelines to determine final hiring decision
- Ensures both regulatory and Citi equirements/SLAs are satisfied before permitting employment/transfer to commence
- Ensure the complete and accurate record-keeping of reports and documents that support the WITA Talent Acquisition Operations completion to share with appropriate stakeholders as needed
- Manage workload through case management tool, to include conventional hiring process requests
- Be a brand ambassador for Citi, both in person and online. Provide a positive, high touch experience for all candidates
- Act as a change agent - Identify process gaps, trends, or anomalies, and recommend improvements to existing practices
- Assist with the training and mentoring of new WITA Talent Acquisition Operations specialists
- Utilize business acumen to recognize issues, problems and opportunities and recommend actions as needed
- Support the Talent Acquisition Team through ad hoc support & expectations
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years in Recruiting/ Staffing/ Human Resources preferred
- Strong customer focus, especially in delivering high quality results
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, effective interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong virtual and in-person relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners
- Strong sense of urgency; ability to execute quickly and efficiently
- Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task
