Job Details

The Digital Client Trainer role sits within the global Digital Client Support (DCS) Training team. This role is responsible for providing clients with meaningful training in coordination with the Digital Customer Service, Client Onboarding, Sales and Coverage teams.

Digital Client Support department serves the Digital Banking needs for Citi’s customers to manage, manipulate and monitor their financial information by reviewing electronically delivered account statements as well as allowing instructions to be transmitted to Citi remotely from client offices via the Internet. As a department, we are responsible for ensuring new customers are installed and trained on all our suite of products including CitiDirect and CitiConnect. Digital Client Support provides technical support to our clients on all Citi’s Electronic Applications and works with our internal partners to identify target clients for our bespoke DCS Technical Advisory service.

The EMEA Digital Client (DCS) Training team sits together with Digital Client Support and Digital Client Advisory and aims at providing a superior Digital Banking training service to new and existing Citi clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain and apply knowledge related to Citi’s online banking applications/products
  • Govern a portfolio of clients and serve as a point of contact for Clients Digital Banking Training requests
  • Thoroughly manage the daily Training request queue ensuring all inquiries are dealt in a timely manner (training to be delivered either remotely or, when occasionally required onsite in the client premises)
  • Proudly represent Citi and its digital banking products and always talk & act professionally, showcasing a best-in-class training experience for Citi’s clients
  • Liaise with internal and external cross-functional partners to deliver a superior training experience that exceeds client expectations
  • Identify and work to implement process improvements and suggest new features/functions also taking the clients’ feedback into account
  • Collaborate on a regional and global level with the DCS colleagues as well as with business partners, sharing knowledge, conducting trainings, and aligning to DCS regional/global standards and processes

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Citi's online banking applications such as CitiDirect, CitiConnect, etc. will be an advantage
  • Previous Training experience required
  • Experience with managing client relationships and delivering a high level of service
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal (additional European language knowledge is an advantage)
  • 2-4 years of previous cash management or financial services experience preferred
