Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Be an integral part of the Wealth Controls team to elevate the quality of Risk Identification activities.
  • Perform analyses to identify, manage and monitor risk exposures across Risk categories (Operational Compliance, Strategic, Reputational, etc), including material, emerging and concentration risks in accordance with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Policies.
  • Support definition and assessment of Wealth Risk Appetite, and monitor risk exposures against the defined tolerance levels.
  • Contribute to Wealth Scenario Analysis program whose stressed operational loss estimates would impact CCAR's Operational Risk Capital allocation.
  • Maintain Wealth Risk Identification procedures ensuring their alignment with Enterprise policies and standards.
  • Be one of the key leads to engage Business teams and subject matter experts, and to coordinate with second-line counterparts, ensuring timeliness and effectiveness of Wealth's Risk Identification effort.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Risk Management, or similar analytical capacities, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Excellent data analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend the big pictures with high attention to critical details.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a cross-functional setting.
  • Aptitude to learn and multi-task in an evolving business environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools such as Qlikview

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
