Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in data modeling, developing data sets, or creating data visualizations.
  • Experience writing SQL queries.
  • Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA, Master's degree, or advanced degree in a technical or scientific field of study.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or HTML for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Experience in cloud-based data platforms and related BI services.
  • Experience supporting data-driven business operations, consulting, or program management and strategic cross-functional BI initiatives in a cloud business.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, Machine Learning (ML), or data mining techniques.

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will design, develop, and implement BI solutions that provide insights to leadership. This involves architecting data marts, constructing efficient data pipelines, and automating reporting processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that support growth objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and gather requirements for building Key Performance Indicator (KPI) frameworks that track business and measure the success of key business strategies.
  • Develop data infrastructure, which includes building SQL scripts, creating data sets, crafting investigative models, and designing user-friendly dashboards.
  • Transform data into insights by developing data models, data marts, and automating reporting processes to provide leadership with a clear picture of key business and process performance.
  • Lead assigned projects from conceptualization to delivery and ensure data solutions offer high-quality data and insights to propel the growth of the business.
