Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Associate Project Manager/Project Manager. This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel program. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What You’ll Get To Do:

Manage & Oversee SIMS Metrics. This includes providing seating, ordering resources/tools/software required day 1, etc.

Work with Functional Homeroom to manage and provide weekly Staffing metrics.

Coordination & facilitation of meetings. This includes gathering data for chart updates from various MDT Element Leads.

Coordination of Customer level SEWG events which occur quarterly.

Create and manage JIRA, Confluence and Team sites.
-
Work closely with Scrum Masters to provide status and updates for PI-Planning.

Establishes priorities with the Procurement and Planning teams.
This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Associate Project Manager: 0 years with Bachelors; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered lieu of degree.

Project Manager: 2 Years with Bachelors; 0 Years with Masters; an additional 4 years of experience may be considered lieu of degree.

Must have U.S. Citizenship with a current or active DoD Secret level clearance.

Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite - Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have (PQs):

Ability to code and create JIRA, Confluence Web pages within the MDT organization.

Previous experience leading a team in successful completion of projects.

Intermediate to expert in Microsoft Office Suite - Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Experience using agile methodologies and tools.
-
Experience in technical data development is a plus.

Active DoD Top Secret clearance.

Salary Range: $52,800 - $79,200
Salary Range 2: $63,800 - $95,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
