*** This is a TEMPORARY/PART-TIME position, 6 months assignment. Staffed through TCWGlobal **
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels)
- Prepare and submit expense reports, including coding and tracking down receipts from vendors/hotels when necessary.
- Event planning support
- Coordinate and manage calendars
- Assist with legal projects and coordination
- Document management
- Assist with legal research and document preparation
- Respond to emails and correspondence
- Maintain and update the contract library
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Key Competencies:
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or at least 3 years of administrative assistant experience.
- Relevant law firm or in house corporate experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel). SharePoint, TEAMS
- Legal research databases
- Adobe Acrobat (convert and edit PDFs)
Position Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize and flex between working independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including verbal and written.
- Proficient in business English, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical Demands & Work Environment:

- This is a Non-Exempt, hourly paid role. The average salary is $30/hr, open to further discussion based on geography.
