Summary: LLS is a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization, relentlessly pursuing cancer cures. To help achieve this mission, this role is responsible for leading and motivating the team to provide internal administrative and operational support of essential activities that drive organizational success. 

While employees may be permitted to work remotely, travel to the assigned office, HUB or Satellite Offices may be required as determined by the employee’s manager and the employee’s People Organization Generalist.  

Core Responsibilities/ Primary Duties 

  • Collaborate and communicate bi-weekly with revenue partners to ensure alignment, appropriate levels of support, adoption of centralized key tasks and focus workload on revenue driving efforts 
  • Support the administrative and operational lifts for organizational wide needs (eg. updates inside of CRMs, supporting data privacy, etc.)
  • Oversee all Peer 2 Peer related product operations tasks (ie TNT teammate fundraising charges and block list, staff assignments, change forms, the commitment process and reimbursements) 
  • Workplace Giving (matching gifts, payroll deductions, volunteer grants) and collaborate, as needed, with Executive Directors to address WPG allocation concerns and needs 
  • Ensure DANs, RICs and Chargebacks are processed in accordance with finance guidelines and within the timeline determined within SLA.  Identify common issues and work with business partners to minimize financial risk to the organization. 
  • Monitor departmental goals and timeline ensuring that all meetings, trainings and conferences adhere to established timeline. 
  • Plan staffing assignments accordingly for workload management. 
  • Supervise, mentor and train current and new staff 
  • Manage team escalations and requests for support quickly and effectively

Minimum Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a directly relatable role
  • Prior LLS experience preferred
  • Knowledge of LLS mission, products and services preferred

We are excited to share the base pay range for this position is $75,000 to $108,000. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at LLS we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
