Zapier is seeking an energetic and creative Social Video Producer to lead our new webinar presentations and create captivating video content for our online channels. As a key member of our team, you’ll produce and host engaging webinars, develop dynamic video content, and drive our social media presence. If you’re a natural on camera, have a knack for storytelling, and are passionate about connecting with audiences through video, this role is for you!
About YouExperience in video production, including coordinating the shooting and editing of content.
Strong, natural on-camera presence with exceptional storytelling skills that engage both live and virtual audiences.
Prolific content creator, with a track record of delivering multiple videos per week (e.g. up to 2 self-authored videos plus 2 partner-authored videos featuring influencers every week).
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie, Descript, Opus Clips, or equivalent.
Knowledge of best practices for video content on social media platforms, particularly YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Familiarity with webinar software, social media management tools, and/or marketing automation is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Webinar Production and Presentation:
Host live and pre-recorded webinars that demonstrate how Zapier’s tools can transform workflows, engaging and educating our audience.
Develop compelling webinar scripts and visuals that enhance viewer experience and convey key product benefits.
Interact with webinar participants, responding to questions and driving live engagement.
Video Content Creation:
Produce, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, tutorials, product demos, and more.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align video content with Zapier’s brand voice and marketing goals.
Optimize content for social media platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
Social Media Distribution:
Ensure webinar and video content gets maximum reach by crafting and sharing promotional posts on social media, coordinating with influencers and official Zapier channels
Actively engage with Zapier’s audience across social platforms, fostering relationships and responding to inquiries.
Monitor video and social metrics, using insights to refine content strategies and improve performance.
Creative Development and Innovation:
Work with cross-functional teams to develop new video concepts and formats that resonate with Zapier’s audience.
Stay updated on social video trends and tools, experimenting with new ideas to enhance production quality and audience engagement.
