THE ROLE
Our mission is to create a state-of-the-art Activation Partnership Enablement team – centered in platform and intelligence as a key differentiator. We want to lead the market seamlessly integrating first-party and strategic prospect behavioral data into our go-to-market for activation – from RFI responses to proposals and pitches. Through a “One Zeta” approach to collaboration across business units, we aim to provide our clients with insightful intelligence, innovative activation strategies, and grounded in deterministic measurement; as well as repeatable set up and process for execution. By doing so, we strive to unlock the true potential of media spend, establish Zeta as an irreplaceable partner, and drive predictable and repeatable outcomes for our clients and agency partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a visionary Vice President (VP) of Activation Strategy to help lead our Activation Partnership Enablement team in the Northeast. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of integrating state-of-the-art platform and intelligence capabilities, distinguishing our approach in the market. This role is pivotal in harnessing first-party and strategic behavioral data, crafting innovative activation strategies, and delivering deterministic measurement to unlock the true potential of media spend. Through business and media thought leadership and collaboration across business units, the VP, Activation Strategy, will drive growth and success for our clients and our company.
- Support the GVP, Activation Strategy in building and leading the Activation Partnership Enablement team, setting strategic direction and operational standards (GTM consistency, templates, best practice and playbook standardization)
- Work with Partnership Enablement Taskforce (Marketing, Solutions) to prioritize and identify key accounts to support and level of engagement with Strategy team.
- Support sales on pitches or calls qualified for Strategy resourcing – starting with 253, Zeta high opportunity cross-sells, Top 10% of case requests.
- Lead strategic framework for key RFPs – own methodology and approach and coordinate with Partnership Enablement Taskforce on delivering final product to Activation Partnerships team.
- Partner with Activation Partnership leads clients to understand their needs deeply, providing strategic media recommendations that align with their objectives.
- Uphold, optimize and refine “pre-sales” flow – ensure teams are following Case Requests to deliverable process as closely as possible for efficiency and preserving high quality outputs.
- Champion and translate the integration of Data Cloud intelligence at the core of solutions: first-party data and behavioral insights into all activation strategies, ensuring a data-driven approach.
- Foster innovation within the team to develop and implement cutting-edge, realistic activation strategies that lead the market.
- Drive collaboration across business units (CRM, ZX, Actions), ensuring seamless communication and integration of insights and capabilities.
- Work closely with Activation Analytics and Data Cloud Analytics teams to develop the right repeatable measurement frameworks and set expectations on the appropriate reports at the client and campaign-level (requires situational understanding)

- Inform product roadmap -deliver feedback and meet with Product on client and activation priorities.
This is a hybrid position based in NYC.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000.00, depending on location and experience.
