Education
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or similar field
- 3-5 years of experience in Operations, business process and/or business analysis experience.
Responsibilities.
The individual will work closely with a variety of key stakeholders across the Moody's Ratings organization and will be responsible for:
- Processing analyst assignments in line with operational and regulatory requirements globally (Analyst Rotation, Conflict, Analyst Certification requirements)
- Management of mandatory analyst rotation
- Timely completion of daily/weekly/monthly regulatory checks, including investigation of policy breaches
- Management of queries from internal stakeholders and provision of SME knowledge on analyst eligibility and associated regulatory and compliance policies and guidelines
- Periodic and Ad-Hoc management and regulatory reporting
- Process training and maintenance of supporting content and training materials (internal procedures, guidance documents etc.)
- Proactive assistance with key initiatives, including process improvements, change management, data quality review and remediation etc. on ad-hoc basis.
About the team
The Business Process Mgmt Analyst within the Analyst Eligibility team is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of Key Analyst allocation to credit ratings globally in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements. This includes timely completion of analyst assignment requests, reporting to business stakeholders and senior management, and investigation of process exceptions.
