- 5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a New Product Introduction (NPI) role.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in commodity management or supply chain management in the data center/mission critical, energy, or construction industry.
- Experience in client services engagement.
- Excellent investigative, problem-solving, discussing agreements, and organizational skills.

The Machine Learning (ML) Supply Chain and Operations team ensures Google's Machine Learning fleet runs smoothly. As a Program Manager on the Builds team, you will be critical to delivering the computing power behind Google's AI. You will manage the order lifecycle of ML capacity resources, ensuring Google's Product Areas have the infrastructure they need. You will develop and execute resource plans that optimize the utilization of Google's ML infrastructure. You will lead complex projects, often involving multiple stakeholders across different offices and time zones. This requires proactively identifying and managing project risks, while clearly communicating goals and progress to all levels.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$248,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Drive efforts to improve efficiency, cycle times, reliability, predictability, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee and ensure execution and delivery of plans and strategies, troubleshoot issues, identify risk areas, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Communicate health, status, and actions to stakeholders including Product Areas, Management, and Partner Organizations, and collaborate across organizational levels and boundaries.
- Own on-time delivery performance of compute, storage, and networking capacity.
