OnsiteMission Quality Assurance Technician leads and oversees the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring all processes, procedures, requirements, contracts, and metrics align with organizational and regulatory compliance standards. Develops, maintains, and continuously improves quality systems, including documentation, processes, and training programs, to support operational excellence. Conducts evaluations to assess the compliance and effectiveness of the QMS across business sites and programs. Collaborates cross-functionally to align systems with customer requirements while driving efficiency and regulatory adherence. Guides audit teams in planning, conducting, and supporting audits, providing actionable feedback on non-compliance and implementing corrective actions. Ensures all products and processes consistently meet or exceed regulatory and quality standards.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:00AM - 3:30PM PST
What YOU will do
Manages and/or oversees the Quality Management System (QMS), processes, procedures, requirements, contracts and metrics, to ensure the organization’s compliance.
Prepares and maintains Quality systems (documentation, processes and training).
Evaluates the compliance and effectiveness of the QMS of business sites, and programs.
Works with other functions to ensure processes are compliant, efficient and can deliver to customer requirements.
Audit team members develop, conduct, and support audits including providing feedback on non-compliance and corrective action(s).
Determines if all products and processes are aligned with regulatory standards.
Influences others throughout the organization through explanation of policies, government regulations, and agency guidelines to ensure compliance with external standards.
Support external audits such as customer and certification when related to the QMS. as needed
Established and productive professional contributor.
Has theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area.
Problems faced are difficult and may be complex.
Works autonomously with limited supervision.
Influences others within the work area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
2 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment
2 years’ experience working in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio)
Qualifications We Prefer

General GD&T knowledge
Aerospace/Quality Management System Experience
Knowledge in Microsoft Visio
Training as Internal Auditor

The salary range for this role is 36,000 USD - 72,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
