Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create, control and improve end-to-end business processes
  • Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
  • Create quality reporting, analysis and audits for developing plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement
  • Assist in the creation, implementation and evaluation of Total Quality Management (TQM) programs
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

You won't be any ordinary Business Process Analyst. You'll be hitting on all cylinders every moment of every day. You will create process design, implement projects, diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions in the quest for better health care. You'll be expected to quickly adapt to change in a very fluid environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to agree on solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computers, or any related field
  • Experience of 6+ years in US healthcare Revenue cycle Management. 4+ years as a Reporting / BI Analyst
  • Ability to interact with business as well as technical teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of data design, data modeling, data management, and data visualization
  • Solid communication and client management skills
  • Ability to learn and respond quickly to the fast-changing business environment
  • Ability to stay updated with advancements and best practices in design and development.
  • Ability to multitask and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to document process, models, designs, and solutions and able to explain, represent, and discuss with the team.
  • Ability to apply learned lessons into future solution considerations.
  • Proven analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
  • Ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proven self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Proven team player and able to lead and initiate.
  • Should be willing to work in US timings (6.30PM Manila time)
  • Technical Skills:
    • Ability to understand business requirements in BI/MIS context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
    • Ability to Covert data into stories that help establish data-driven decision-making across the organization
    • Able to articulate the key performance indicators (KPIs) in Patient contact center vertical with clear objectives will be an added advantage
    • Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL and advanced Excel
    • Ability to create control reports/charts and work with operation stakeholders in improving overall efficiency.
    • Ability to analyze data and present data through reports that aid decision-making.
    • Ability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish (TAT).
    • Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations.
    • Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform detailed analytics. Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI
    • SQL querying for best results, use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data
    • Ability to work with users and team members at all levels for performance improvement and suggestions
