Job Details

Your responsibilities:

  • You be responsible for Quality management customer team planning, development and daily management.
  • You follow and continue improve CCRP team efficiency, analysis method, report quality.
  • You will coordinate internal and external resource to solve internal and external customer complaints.
  • You will drive key CCRP progress, pre-alarm and escalate key issues for management level supporting Forecast/follow/manage quality cost after delivery, drive CAD cost reduction.
  • You will systematically summarize/analyze CCRP, collaborate with Service team to drive quality case transferring to service opportunity, systematically drive whole process quality improvement.
  • You will plan and lead Quality management customer team people development and competence development.

Your background:

  • Master’s degree and above, Electrical, mechanical, or other related area.
  • 5+ years of working Experience.
  • Structure thinking, collaboration, result oriented.
  • Strong leadership and People management experience, be able to handle high work pressure and multi-task.
  • Be familiar with High voltage products, L6S green belt or above is preferred.
  • Fluent in English communication.
