Roles and responsibilities:
As an information system security officer (ISSO), work under the direction of the site manager (ISSM) to execute the continuous monitoring program that supports the system authorizations granted by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). This includes assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment at the NG Warner Robins facility and identifying where those systems and networks deviate from acceptable configurations or policy. Audit computer system usage to ensure users are complying with acceptable use policy. Train users on acceptable use of classified networks and maintain training records. Assist ISSM in preparation of documentation for system authorizations recorded in eMASS. Support ISSM during DCSA site vulnerability assessments and accreditation decisions as necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree and 2 years of experience. 4 additional years of experience and/or education can be substituted for the degree
· Candidates must have a current DOD Secret level security clearance (or higher) in order to be considered
· Must have a security+ certification
Salary Range: $77,200 - $115,800
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
