Hitachi Energy is currently looking for a Manufacturing Quality Assurance Para-Profession for the High Voltage Business to join their team in Savli, Vadodara, India. This team seeks a skilled and motivated individual.

The Quality function is dedicated to ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This involves designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality management systems and processes.
Identify and address defects or non-conformities in a timely manner.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
Your Responsibilities
You will do incoming inspection, after receiving parts and units from vendor, do incoming inspection, subject items are purchase parts, machining parts, assembled unit and etc.
The Quality function is dedicated to ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This involves designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality management systems and processes. You will operate SAP (Incoming inspection system): when do incoming inspection, use SAP to proceed incoming inspection, ex. verify inspection subject items, input inspection result, make non-conformance report (NCR) and etc.
You will handle non-conformance items, if find non-conformance item, make and issue NCR by using SAP, in addition, decide replacement and corrective action by communicating with vendor through SCM team, do vendor audit: do vendor audit in a view of quality when approve new vendors, update existing vendors. You will do parts qualification test when approve new parts, do qualification test based on Engineering instructions.
You will make statistics of incoming inspection items make statistics of number of inspection items and defect ratio based on each vendor. You will instruct vendor based on statistics result of incoming inspection, instruct vendor as necessary.
You will support ISO and audits: if any incoming inspection contents in ISO 9001, audit and etc, Incoming inspection team will support and set up Incoming inspection work: if find unestablished incoming inspection work, need to set up such as making workflow, work procedure etc.
Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials, components, and finished products. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify and address defects or non-conformities in a timely manner. Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate quality issues.
Develop and enforce quality assurance policies and procedures. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are integrated into all stages of production and service delivery. Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Six Sigma or Lean projects. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Provide training and support to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Ensure that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining quality.Work closely with customer service and sales teams to understand customer needs and expectations. Ensure that customer requirements are met or exceeded.
Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and standards. Ensure that all products and processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory approvals

Your Background
You hold a Diploma Mechanical degree.
Required 3 years' experience in technical for Incoming inspection.
General knowledge for Incoming inspection, vendor qualification and parts qualification.
Team operation skill to proceed work of Incoming inspection, Vendor qualification and Parts qualification.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required .
