- Provide supervision of a group of technicians assigned to the ATL Service Center.
- Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity.
- Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
- Responsible for all EH&S/CORE/Quality/ITC activities within the area.
- Assist employees to ensure they are properly trained for their assignments and training records are updated.
- Assist HR in the administration of the FAA Anti-Drug and Alcohol Misuse Prevention Program.
- Assist with the planning of overall activities and coordination of work with other departments to meet RSCN goals.
- Assist with administrative duties to support Ops Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience with knowledge of operational practices or an Associate's Degree with minimum of 8 years of experience
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status).
- Previous experience working with or leading cross functional teams.
- Must be self-motivated, and high-energy with the initiative to direct and lead.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Strong problem solving skills and a proven ability to develop creative solutions to both simple and difficult problems
- Previous technical experience with P&WC products.
- Proficient in SAP, MS Office, CORE tools.
- Previous experience in aviation aftermarket support.
