Work you'll do

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager who has worked on national initiatives that support adults and children refugees with accessing services or who has worked on national initiatives supporting anti-human trafficking and increasing access to services for those who have been trafficked. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, risk assessment, and client relations within the context of refugee resettlement and/or anti-human trafficking programs. This role includes overseeing contractor support for refugee resettlement and/or anti-human trafficking in one of the following: project management, business operations, program analysis, data analytics, technical writing, administration, grants management and/or monitoring, training, and/or communications and policy. The individual hired will use knowledge of refugee resettlement and/or anti-human trafficking programs do conduct their work, manage projects, and lead teams.

Qualifications

Required:
  • 8 + years of relevant consulting or industry experience in organizational transformation, human capital, project management, Health and Human Services, and/or organizational development
  • 3 + years of experience with refugee resettlement and/or anti-human trafficking program
  • 3+ years of experience overseeing contract support for refugee resettlement and/or anti-human trafficking programs in one of the following: project management, business operations, program analysis, data analytics, technical writing, administration, grants management and/or monitoring, training, and/or communications and policy
  • 3 + years of experience in managing multiple complex refugee resettlement and/or anti-human trafficking projects including but not limited to activities such as developing and maintaining project timelines; identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks; and maintaining client management and relationship-building
  • 3 + years of leadership or team management experience including mentorship and development of others
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Preferred:
  • Prior management consulting experience
