Job Description

Role

We are seeking a Business Analytics Manager to join our Global Sales Operations organization and help to build out analytics and reporting in support of Sales Play initiatives. The preferred candidate will have experience supporting Sales, is comfortable managing large data sets, has strong attention to detail, has a creative problem-solving mindset, and has strong communication skills. They will work cross-functionally across sales, operations, marketing and finance, with the primary objective of providing senior leadership with data on Sales Play impact to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.

What you will get to do: 

  • Assist in the development and reporting of key performance metrics to help drive increasing Sales Play impact
  • Work directly with Senior leadership on business-critical reporting needs around Sales Plays
  • Extract data sets, perform analyses, build models to support pipeline, coverage, renewal or other initiatives on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence
  • Support Senior Leadership to make informed, data-based decisions by providing business analyses and analytical support
  • Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
Qualifications

Our ideal candidate: 

 

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Sales Finance, Sales Operations or top tier consultancy
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and come up with creative solutions
  • Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis and present insights in a clear manner
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive “can do” attitude and highly analytical; enjoys challenges & strives for success
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working with large data sets
  • Experience with Analytic tools like PowerBI and Tableau.  PowerBI preferred
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
