What you get to do in this role:   

• Support VP in all Customer and Partner Interactions. Prep Meeting, Follow Up, Documentation CRM, Ensure fast progress on agreed actions
• Support VP in the preparation of Presentations, Business Cases, BITKOM activities.
• Run Forecast Management: Pro-Active Management of Pipeline, Forecast also midterm (3 quarter ahead), Drive highest Pipeline Hygiene, Send out pro-Active Information on KPI’s
• Support German LT Meetings: Agenda, Meeting Notes, Follow Ups
• Support VP and regional LT with research, analysis, ad-hoc analysis, identification of Whitespaces, sharpen our strategy, keeping the book of business up to date
• Support VP in planning Executive Meetings
• Support VP with partnership with Glacier (ESG)
• Support VP on all office activities, coordination with the Office Leads in the region
• Support VP on Schwarz Partner (XM Cyber)
• Support VP with key market insights, monitor Press, major happenings relevant for ServiceNow
• Support VP with coordination and set up of All-Hands
• Partnering with cross functional teams - Sales Operations, Regional Leadership Team, Office Leads, Client Director, Enterprise Account Executive, Sales Manager, Corp HQ, regional Chiefs of Staff, Regional and EMEA leadership, P5, HR, Finance, Legal, Comms

To be successful in this role you have:

• 6+ years of hands-on project management experience
• Experience managing multiple large programs/projects, in enterprise environments 
• Experience guiding teams and provide solutions while mitigating or removing hurdles / obstacles
