Strong knowledge of Advanced React/Angular skills, including state management (Redux, NgRx), HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and browser performance optimization Highly proficient with JavaScript frameworks Well versed with Latest architecture practices like Micro frontend, monorepos , Cloud agnostics, deployment strategies Experience with integrating frontend solution with backend Should have Skills in lazy loading, code splitting, SSR, and optimizing apps Having good understating of code testing, SCA testing. Well versed with Project delivery methodology – Kanban, Agile, SAFe Must have experience of IT Delivery quality processes, release management process, operations and substance processes with well-defined KPIs to ensure smooth execution or programs Should have handled more than 10 members team with various people management aspects like capability building, crisis management, succession planning, Sr. / Jr. ratio mgmt., creation of team structure with well-defined evaluation process Experience with designing front end solutions, and liaising with customers, sales team by proposing multiple solution options and able to conclude with best feasible option. Excellent in soft skills like Spoken/written English, Problem solving/analytical skills, leadership skills
