Job Purpose
The Lean Manufacturing Intern will provide general support to department to gain exposure and experience in desired field of study.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support team with current projects and initiatives related to our EOS/Lean program (EnerSys Operating System)
- Assist with special assignments related to EOS/Lean training to assist with production line/environment
- Assist with projects related to EOS/Lean playbook and learning courses
- Observe team members and learn about their role in the business
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Candidate should be a graduate student or enrolled in undergraduate program.
- The candidate should have an outstanding academic record, excellent organizational, interpersonal communication and written skills, strong creative quantitative and computer skills.
Travel
Potential for occasional travel within the USA
