This position will report to our EnerSys Energy Systems business, which serves the telecom, cable broadband, industrial, renewable, and data center markets. Our portfolio combines our stored energy expertise with power systems, enclosures, and renewable energy products to deliver world-class solutions for diverse applications such as 5G, broadband, Internet of Things (IoT), data center, and solar power. Our cutting-edge technology includes Lithium batteries, Fault Managed Power Systems, and Extended Run Time battery backup systems that improve the reliability and resiliency of broadband networks.

Compensation Range: 81,400-$101,000
Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.
Job Purpose
Reporting to the End of Line Test Manager, the Electrical Test Engineer will be responsible for supporting DC Fast Charger activities. The Electrical Test Engineer will be responsible for writing test procedures, organizing test material, ensuring all tests are completed correctly, communicating with internal customers, and writing the final test reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work as part of a manufacturing team supporting the DC Fast Charge project.
- Author test procedures.
- Develop and optimize test methods.
- Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
- Qualify/validate test infrastructures at manufacturer site.
Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
- 2+ years of testing experience.
- Demonstrated strong teamwork with various organizations both internal and external.
- Detailed report writing skills.
- Strong communication skills with cross functional teams.
- Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Ability to accurately and thoroughly document processes, procedures, and training documents.
- General knowledge of control systems, electrical testing, and troubleshooting.
- Awareness of project need and capability to work in a project environment with deadlines.
• Must have a valid passport with the ability to travel worldwide, among U.S.A., Canada, and Thailand.
