Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager with a focus on Industrialized Construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge, network and experience in the industrialized construction space and will be responsible for coordinating thought leadership activities related to this domain. This role involves executing thought leadership initiatives, managing events, and building a strong network of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support internal and external communications on industrialized construction topics
- Act as a liaison between different departments and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and information flow
- Plan and coordinate thought leadership activities at internal and external events, including conferences, webinars, and industry forums
- Develop and publish thought leadership content through various media, including articles, whitepapers, blog posts, research and social media
- Create and administer focus groups comprising internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on industrialized construction trends and challenges
- Utilize focus group findings to develop and enhance thought leadership content
- Oversee Autodesk’s participation in external events, including managing sponsorships, exhibition spaces and event budgets
- Coordinate logistics, promotions, and engagement strategies to maximize Autodesk’s presence and impact at industry events
- Build and maintain an extensive network of internal and external stakeholders, including industry experts, partners, and customers
- Leverage existing industry connections to support program objectives and drive collaboration
- Administer the sponsorship and events budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience in the industrialized construction industry, with a strong understanding of its trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Demonstrated experience in program management, event coordination, and budget administration
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Existing network of industry contacts and stakeholders is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; familiarity with Autodesk products is a plus
