Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical support role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis within Global Commercial Finance, contributing to strategic decision-making through accurate forecasting and financial insights. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role provides rotational exposure across both the Long-Range Plan (LRP)/Annual Plan team and the LBE (Latest Best Estimate)/Actuals team, offering experience in both long-term strategic planning and operational performance tracking. This position requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across global finance and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the development and consolidation of the Long-Range Plan and Annual Plan by building financial models, gathering data inputs, and analyzing trends.
  • Supports the preparation of monthly Actuals reports, quarterly Flash reports, and Earnings materials, ensuring timely and accurate financial outputs.
  • Contributes to the creation and refinement of financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and leadership review.
  • Collaborates with commercial finance teams, corporate FP&A, and global affiliates to support forecast alignment and financial planning assumptions.

  • Reconciles financial data across multiple systems (e.g., BPC, BIP, Power BI) to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.

  • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient financial reporting and planning workflows.

  • Provides analytical support for ad hoc financial projects and assist in delivering data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Preferred 4+ years of progressive and related experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
  • Execute priorities established by Manager with speed and agility.
  • Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient Excel skills required.
  • Knowledge of SAP and BPC a plus.
