As an Account Manager at SoftwareOne, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to your customers—guiding them through their digital transformation journey and accelerating cloud adoption. In this role, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships, uncover new opportunities, and ensure clients maximize the value of our solutions and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Business Development & Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand our customer base, acquire new logos, and strengthen market presence.
- Account Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies with clear short-, mid-, and long-term goals focused on growth, retention, and profitability.
- Solution Delivery & Customer Experience: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions while taking ownership of the overall customer experience and day-to-day service excellence.
- Internal Collaboration & Team Enablement: Cultivate strong internal partnerships to drive effective collaboration and execution of sales strategies across teams.
- Performance Monitoring & Value Communication: Track and forecast account metrics, KPIs, and financial data while articulating business value and showcasing outcomes achieved through advisory, delivery, and managed services.
