Job Description
JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Detail-oriented Bank Liasioning with 2 to 3 years of experience in different internal stakeholders support and operational coordination. Skilled in facilitating smooth communication, resolving queries, and ensuring compliance with banking policies. Proven ability to manage document flow, track project progress, and assist in maintaining strong banking relationships to support the company's strategic objective
Banking Management including KYC requirements:
- Manage banking relationships, able to resolve issues and queries independently (Bank liasioning)
- KYC requirements for new and existing facilities, Processing UNFs in coordination with banks, local teams and signatories.
- Board Resolution updation for new and existing signatories including net banking setup
- Data integrity, financial forecasting on an accurate and timely basis
- Preparation & timely submission of required documents to banks for processing/realization of funds
- FD, Bank Guarantees issued & closed from bank as per requirement department
- Support and Coordinate with Business teams in regards to month end activities related to Treasury / Forex
- Regulatory Compliances & Reporting
- Support internal & external audits
- Preparation of Stock statements & UFCE statements
- Manage other ad-hoc banking related requirements/developments.
- Remain constantly updated to provide expert knowledge on latest Treasury solutions
- Arranging meeting with banks
We are looking for a candidate with below competencies & skill sets:
- 2 to 3 years Treasury with Banking experience
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Should be flexible in working with different shifts ( morning or regular)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Good proficiency in Excel / Google sheet
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Preferably dealing with MNCs bankers
Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com is mandatory and MBA in Finance/Banking will be preferred
