Job Description
  • Handling customer complaint.
  • Control supplier quality (Material/ OS FGs): work with supplier about quality issue and monitor until closing.
  • Weekly audit on shopfloor.
  • Monitor and analyze data: NCR, customer complaint, audit finding to take improvement actions.
  • Prepare and respond to quality audits from outside.
  • Prepare weekly reports on quality status both in-house and customer complaint.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by superiors.

Qualifications
  • Graduated from college or higher.
  • Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the QA/QC department or having worked in a production environment.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience and have managed a QC team of about 10-15 people.
  • Problem solving skills, conflict management, logical thinking and effective communication skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft software (Excel, Power Point, Word), basic functions in Excel (if, ifs, sumif, sumifs, vlookup, pivot table, etc.).
  • Can read and understand English documents related to error standards.
