The RoleYou will act as a trusted advisor, driving engagement and usage of Microsoft 365 Modern Work and Security solutions. Through onboarding, workshops, and business reviews, you’ll help customers achieve their goals while identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
Objectives- Accelerate adoption of Microsoft 365 services for EA/CSP customers.
- Deliver onboarding sessions and regular business reviews.
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Advise customers on best practices for Microsoft 365 usage and security.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and workshops to improve engagement.
- Drive Monthly Active Usage and monitor performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solution Sales teams to uncover growth opportunities.
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify optimization strategies.
