Key responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Business Development & Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand our customer base, acquire new logos, and strengthen market presence.
- Account Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies with clear short-, mid-, and long-term goals focused on growth, retention, and profitability.
- Solution Delivery & Customer Experience: Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions while taking ownership of the overall customer experience and day-to-day service excellence.
- Internal Collaboration & Team Enablement: Cultivate strong internal partnerships to drive effective collaboration and execution of sales strategies across teams.
- Performance Monitoring & Value Communication: Track and forecast account metrics, KPIs, and financial data while articulating business value and showcasing outcomes achieved through advisory, delivery, and managed services.
