IT Support Engineer
Contract type: full-time | Location: Sofia, Bulgaria | Working model: hybrid (24/7 shift rotation)
We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our Service Delivery Centre. In this role, you’ll support enterprise users, troubleshoot incidents, and keep systems running smoothly. You’ll learn from experienced engineers, gain certifications, and build a foundation for your IT career.
What you’ll do
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise users (Windows, O365, VPN, hardware).
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and keep operations stable.
- Collaborate with global teams on escalations and service improvements.
- Document solutions and follow ITIL-based processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Continuously learn and expand your technical expertise through on-the-job training and certifications.
