Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Account Management
Identify and manage new opportunities for Microsoft Data & AI solutions, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, Data Leaders) and overseeing the full sales cycle.
Solution Sales & Value Proposition
Position Microsoft Data & AI offerings such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Data Lake, SQL, Cosmos DB, Power BI, and Azure AI services, translating technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.
Collaboration & Co-Selling
Work closely with Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Pre-Sales teams to design tailored solutions, develop proposals, and execute joint engagement strategies.
Market & Ecosystem Engagement
Drive go-to-market activities with Microsoft through workshops, events, and campaigns; stay updated on Microsoft’s roadmap and licensing models to align with customer needs.
Cross-Functional Integration
Collaborate with other SoftwareOne business units (Cloud, Security, Modern Work) to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end Microsoft solutions.
Sales Performance & Reporting
Achieve revenue and margin targets, maintain accurate forecasts in CRM, and provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
