Job Details

As an SAP Services Presales Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth across SAP transformation, migration, and managed services opportunities. This role requires a strong blend of commercial acumen, market insight, and solution expertise to identify, qualify, and convert strategic opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

Working closely with Customer Account Managers, Solution Architects, Delivery Leaders, and strategic partners, you will position the company as a trusted advisor—helping clients unlock value from their SAP investments and accelerate their journey to S/4HANA and cloud-based innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new SAP business opportunities across target industries and markets.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities for SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, and managed services.
  • Lead early-stage customer engagements by uncovering business challenges, shaping needs, and defining compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and solution teams to scope, price, and package tailored SAP service offerings.
  • Manage the full business development lifecycle: from qualification and proposal coordination to presentation and handover to sales and delivery teams.
  • Engage regularly with SAP and cloud hyperscaler partners (Microsoft, AWS, Google) to align joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent the company at SAP and industry events to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Track and report on opportunity progress, forecasts, and key performance indicators using CRM tools.
  • Contribute to marketing and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen the company’s SAP brand and market positioning.
Performance Metrics
  • Volume and quality of new SAP pipeline creation.
  • Annual revenue growth and margin contribution from new clients.
  • Win rate on new SAP opportunities.
  • Partner engagement and co-sell impact.
  • Client satisfaction and successful post-sale transitions.
