As an SAP Sales Leader, you will be responsible for achieving the organization’s SAP services growth targets by leading, developing, and actively participating in the sales effort across transformation, migration, data, and managed services opportunities.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution. You will manage a team of two Business Development Executives (BDEs) and two Pre-Sales Solution Consultants, ensuring that pipeline development, opportunity management, and solution positioning are aligned with revenue goals and the company’s broader SAP strategy.

Working closely with Marketing, Delivery, and Practice Leads, you will ensure that our SAP services strategy is clearly communicated to the market, that opportunities are well-qualified, and that our value propositions are compelling from first engagement through to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SAP sales team to achieve annual revenue, margin, and pipeline targets.
  • Personally own and drive strategic or high-value SAP opportunities, acting as lead salesperson on key pursuits.
  • Execute the go-to-market strategy for SAP services, including S/4HANA transformation, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP, data & analytics, and managed services.
  • Coach and mentor BDEs on opportunity qualification, pursuit strategy, and deal closure.
  • Coordinate pre-sales activities, ensuring efficient allocation of technical and functional consultants.
  • Drive consistency and quality across proposals, bid responses, and customer presentations.
  • Foster strong collaboration between Sales, Delivery, and Marketing to ensure market alignment and value-led positioning.
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with SAP, hyperscaler partners (Microsoft, AWS, Google), and key clients to support joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and win rates using CRM tools and performance dashboards.
  • Support brand visibility through speaking engagements, thought leadership, and participation in industry events.
