Skills and Competencies
Must-Have- Proficiency in Python programming
- Understanding of AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies
- Familiarity with agentic principles and Generative AI (GenAI)
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments and file systems
- Knowledge of engineering processes
- Self-motivated, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Experience working in remote Linux environments
- Ability to write regression and integration tests
- Proficiency with Git or other version control systems
- Exposure to AI workflows and agentic principles
- Knowledge of QA automation
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Experience with Databricks, MLFlow, and Apache Spark
- Understanding of JSON protocols
- Background in software development
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use
Education
- Pursuing a degree in one of the following majors: Machine Learning, Data Analytics/Data Science, Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Intelligence or related subject
- Ideally one year ahead of graduation
- Internship Start: March 2026
Responsibilities
The intern will be exposed to the different but necessary stages of software engineering that are needed to process and test ML/AI models for our customers.
- Work with team members to understand models’ finetuning and evaluation
- Get familiar with existing procedures in ML team
- Improve and automate testing and finetuning procedures
- Produce dashboards with measurable outcomes
- Use python language
- Store data and properties in AWS S3 and Databricks
- Improve platform to support implemented tools
- Get Familiar with existing testing procedures and work with team members to understand the framework
- Produce presentation and final reports
- Document and share progress in Confluence and JIRA tickets
