The Oversight and Cash Management Supervisor provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility, giving the right direction to team. Full process knowledge accomplished by strong analytical skills and proper risk and control framework understanding would be fundamental for representing the team on various discussions and projects, where advise from Capital Markets and Treasury expertise is mandatory for success. Opportunity to cooperate with internal and external partners and contribute to development of multiple processes/functions and exposure to senior management within Global Wealth Investments Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Oversight and Cash Management processes
- Identifying inconsistencies in the process and mitigating risks in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining communication and relations with internal and external key stakeholders from multiple locations
- Preparing presentations and reporting
- Investigating discrepancies and ensuring strong internal controls
- Contributing to the completion and maintenance of procedures
- Participation and coordination of the UAT test for new systems / products or functionalities
- Contributing to business goals
- Being responsible for a variety of complex tasks
Qualifications:
- Senior level experience in Securities, Capital Markets or Treasury Operations
- Good understanding of Private Banking
- Proper understanding of risk and control framework
- 5 years of experience (including people and process supervisory)
- Exceptional knowledge on Financial Markets products
- Perfect communication and presentation skills
