Job Description

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring smooth and accurate HR processes? We’re looking for a Workforce Experience Analyst - Total Rewards to provide essential administrative and tactical support within our Global Workforce Operations team, ensuring best-in-class service delivery for Total Rewards.

In this collaborative role, you will be crucial in the day-to-day execution of Total Rewards processes, supporting the Workforce Experience Specialist - Total Rewards  and contributing to an exceptional employee experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Process  Total Rewards inquiries and workflows, including compensation, promotion, incentive programs, and immigration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Provide foundational support and training to Tier 1 GWO on compensation fundamentals and basic Total Rewards processes.

  • Support the implementation and administration of recognition, rewards, and incentive programs (e.g., “Thank You” program, tuition reimbursement, service awards).

  • Manage and audit HRIS workflows (Oracle HCM), ensuring accurate and timely data handling and system integrity.

  • Provide end-user support for tools like ServiceNow and Oracle’s HR Compensation module, troubleshooting basic issues.

  • Participate in data collection for market surveys and special projects as directed.

  • Deliver exceptional service by guiding employees and HR partners on routine Total Rewards policies and programs and escalating complex inquiries.


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or Total Rewards in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on operational execution.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and accuracy.

  • Familiarity with compensation administration, payroll/benefits administration, and general HR processes.

  • Tech-savvy mindset with experience in tools like Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and ADP.

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely with various stakeholders.

  • A proactive, adaptable approach and a passion for accurate process execution and efficient service delivery.

  • Previous support of US based teams/ organizations preferred.
