The Tax Transformation Office serves Deloitte Tax, focused on transforming client service delivery inclusive of people, process, and technology in order for our Tax Professionals to deliver efficient, high value, quality service to our clients. Tax Transformation drives improvements across the full range of Tax market offerings. Work you'll do
As a Deloitte Change Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of Tax Transformation. The role requires working knowledge of professional services and the end-to-end technology delivery life cycle. As a change management specialist, you will work across multiple tax market offerings collaborating with Tax subject matter specialists and the team within the Tax Transformation Office. Project related activities include:
The team
Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office is responsible for collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to define delivery standards and the standard process to support the delivery of Tax services, as well as the related development and deployment of technology to enable service delivery. Members of Tax Transformation elevate Deloitte Tax Professionals, in order that they may provide higher value services to Deloitte clients, through identifying opportunities to streamline delivery, increase resource fungibility, improve ROI on technology investments, increase agility, and elevate the digital client experience. The Tax Transformation Office focuses on enhancing Deloitte Tax LLP's ability to deliver value-added and efficient Tax services to our clients. Tax Transformation consists of professionals with varying backgrounds, ranging from Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and other IT professionals including Quality Assurance and Technology Support. The team consults and executes on a wide range of projects with a strong focus on process design and deployment and adoption, including stakeholder analysis, communications, learning and change management.

Work you'll do

- Project and team oversight and support
- Stakeholder analysis
- Leadership alignment
- Identify and assess change impacts and implications
- Develop and execute change action plans
- Support the Transformation Network
- Define, collate, and assess adoption metrics
- Develop and distribute communications
- Manage user surveys and analyze user feedback
- Support the design and delivery of training programs
- Assess change readiness
- Support executive reporting
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a remote work model and across geographies that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate periodically.
- Develop a strong understanding of Deloitte standards, processes and technology.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology related field.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate 2-3 days per week.
- 5+ years of human capital and change management experience.
- Proven experience developing change management key messages and developing communication using multiple platforms, i.e. video, email, PowerPoint etc.
- Demonstrated experience executing project management tasks, including developing and maintaining project plans, tracking progress across project lifecycle phases, and delivering results against established timelines.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- One of the following active accreditations obtained:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
- If not CPA eligible:
- Licensed Attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Technology Certifications:
- Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
Preferred:
- Digital transformation experience with additional supporting certification such as Prosci or Agile.
- Agile delivery and design thinking experience
- End-to-end technology project delivery
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support execution against a complex, multi-faceted communication and business engagement strategy, and experience in producing communications deliverables and organization-wide communications.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and support timely completion of project milestones.
- Ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and consult with other team members and leadership to develop effective solutions.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical abilities to interpret project data/information and identify trends.
