YOUR ROLE

As a DHS Solutions Architect, you will be knowledgeable about the architecture and systems utilized and created on behalf of or by DHS for the purpose of fulfilling the needs of our customers. The Solution Architect will acquire and maintain critical knowledge to ensure the successful implementation of solutions in accordance with the outlined objectives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Solution Implementation - To meet the objectives and priorities laid out by the leadership team.
• Expert Advice - through existing knowledge or research. The architect will be the expert on expertise missing in the operations team.
• Solution Documentation - So that the Operational team can take control of a solution for day-to-day execution.
• Customer Advice - As the Solution Architect of DHS you will advise our customers upon proper request regarding system interactions, architecture, and integration, as the chief marketer of solutions implemented for our customers.
• DHS Representative (local language) - Occasionally, our important regional Dutch & European customers would like to have a local DHS representative who can be on-site and communicate technical topics in the local Dutch language.

• Integration Advice - Guidance on proper integrations and recommendations on how to effectively leverage the integration mechanism in light of DHS's architecture.

   

   

Objective: From this knowledge, you will be charged with the Proposal, Design, and Collaborative development of solutions within DHS that meet or apply to the following Goals/Objectives:

• Cost Reductions
• Operational Efficiency
• Customer Acquisition

Scope: As a solution architect, you will be responsible for acquiring & retaining adequate working knowledge of the following areas within DHS:

• Internal systems - Jira, Confluence, Citrix, Eagle.
• Customer systems - Customer Portal, Self-Service Portal, Admin portals.
• Internal Architecture - Network design, Cloud model, Disaster Recovery design, Customer Private Networks.
• DELMIA Products - Quintiq, Ortems, Apriso.
• Tooling - GoAnywhere, Keycloak, Gluu, Grafana, Citrix, Inuvika, PDQ, Golang, Python, Powershell.
   

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

A qualified candidate must have the following:

• Demonstrated experience in customer-facing environments.
• Demonstrated capabilities to expand and grow knowledge in a technical capacity.
• Ability to work independently.
• Technical knowledge of the Windows Operating system.
• Fluent in the Dutch language.

A qualified candidate should have the following:

• At least 4 years of experience working in a technical role (SwE/IC) implementing DELMIA Quintiq solutions for Dassault Customers.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of Linux.
