Role Descriptions & Responsibilities
NAM Sales Transaction Support is a highly functional and engaged team within North America. As an intern for this team, you would be working in the Customer Process Experience Engagement Model, optimizing sales by providing sales support to CPE Partners and Partner Sales Managers.
You will support company growth by:
· Supporting Partners and PSMs throughout the Leverage process (-6 to 0) by helping gather information, submit site requests and learning how the process supports sales opportunities.
· Helping equip Partners with tools, guidance and resources to effectively engage with customers, close deals and drive revenue.
· Assisting with cross-functional projects to ensure Partners receive the timely, accurate information needed to process business efficiently and move opportunities forward.
· Fostering strong relationships (internally and externally), enhancing collaboration, and ensuring timely assistance, aim to accelerate partner success, optimize sales performance, and contribute to the long-term growth and sustainability of the company.
Qualifications
· Currently enrolled in a BS or Masters
· Experience with Microsoft Suite tools
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills - written and oral
· Ability to work as part of a team, as well as autonomously
· Willingness to learn
· Results driven
